It takes Energy and Love <\/em>to navigate these difficult times and nourish the seeds of Creativity, Aliveness and Expanding Consciousness.<\/strong>

It is now over a year, that we are witnessing a pandemic. Although some people welcome the forces of restriction as a moment to slow down, limit consumption and pollution – while others struggle through hard times to keep the spirit in their families, their health and financial security.

Most of us live with an increased situation of stress, often with an unknown perspective. We know from our work in Core Evolution and Neuroscience, that such a chronic condition can lead to traumatic stress with its toll on the nervous system and its emotional and physical impact.

That is also the reason that people write us with questions for emotional guidance and direct practical advice. As the ebb and flow of the sea continues, so also can we sustain the pulsation of life in us.

For this we are offering another series of our successful Energy, Love and Consciousness Program May 7, 2021. <\/strong>You find the description and details in the following letter.

We also send our proven practical suggestions here again to support our creativity and to nourish our spirit:<\/strong>

Remember, Physical Distancing does not necessarily mean Social Distancing and Lock-Down does not mean Shut-Down.<\/em><\/strong>

\u2022 Support your own Ground of Being with conscious breathing, practicing Mindfulness, embracing your feelings and Somatic Awareness*;

\u2022 Do your preferred movements – from Yoga, QiGong, TaiChi and many others or use your own tools and fitness techniques;

\u2022 Keep your body in the flow; if you danced before, practice your dance movements or move in your own capacity and enjoy the activated aliveness;

\u2022 Listen to music or make music – there are now so many online courses, you may use this open space to learn an instrument you always wanted to play; feel encouraged to sing;

\u2022 If you are close to nature, cherish nature. If you are in the city, plant a seed and see it grow – you don\u2019t need to be a gardener to plant a seed.

\u2022 Involve children that live with you and \/ or support them in their own creativity;

\u2022 Zoom-Meetings with friends or family members are the next best option, when you cannot invite them over, because you want to protect yourselves and others;
 
\u2022 Help elders to also communicate with free online media, include them in your contacts;

\u2022 Go beyond the daily news, and shift to other meaningful personal topics in life;

\u2022 Express your gratitude for the love and support you have received and practice Self-Love for what you have created;

\u2022 Nourish your inspiration for what you still want to create – give your life a perspective;

\u2022 Practice empathy and compassion.

In this way we can meet situations in life that could have the potential for traumatization with our conscious flow of life – letting you feel and know, that Lock-Down does not mean Shut-Down!<\/em>

Continue adding to this list of encouragements and positive enhancements – contribute from your own experience and let us celebrate our interconnectedness and focus on our individual, social and collective wellbeing!

We have the intelligence, knowledge, creativity and resources to overcome this present challenge that threatens our health and lives. We have come so far. So let us stay aware and practice global citizenship, giving love, care and responsibility to ourselves and others – knowing, that we can only overcome this pandemic and the many challenging global questions together.
