With every couple, no mat­ter the gender com­bin­a­tion, the topic often circles around Love, In­tim­acy and Rela­tion­ship. For us, Love is the Res­on­ance with the Flow of Life. A per­son in love and in­tim­ate har­mony will com­mu­nic­ate and cre­ate from a place of well-being, peace, joy and a sense of ful­fill­ment. There­fore, it is im­port­ant to un­der­stand how we in­ter­act and re­late from the place of love and in­tim­acy, and how we ex­press these qual­it­ies in our re­la­tion­ship.

It is some­times pain­ful to see or hear that couples who had the po­ten­tial to nour­ish their love for each other, got lost; since their ther­apy ex­per­i­ences were mostly talk­ing or about mak­ing prac­tic­al ar­range­ments. Of course this can help to rem­edy a tem­por­ary situ­ation, but if we do not ad­dress the dy­nam­ic and en­er­get­ic state that a couple or fam­ily lives in, we do not really get to the roots of mis­un­der­stand­ings, dis­har­mony or con­flicts.

Whatever the ques­tion or con­flict is that may arise between part­ners, we must ex­plore it from the un­der­stand­ing, that love and re­la­tion­ship are en­er­get­ic states. In all our work we raise emo­tion­al, phys­ic­al and psy­cho­lo­gic­al aware­ness by using an in­teg­rat­ive, body-ori­ented, psy­cho­dy­nam­ic and ex­per­i­en­tial ap­proach. Mind­ful re­sourcing with Core Evolu­tion will fur­ther heart com­mu­nic­a­tion, in­tim­acy, au­then­ti­city and healthy, caring bound­ar­ies.

As a couple of over 40 years of mar­riage ourselves and 3 chil­dren, we (Cor­ne­lia & Siegmar) have met our own beauty and shad­ows and still deep­en the pro­cess of our re­la­tion­ship. We listen and sense with our heart and mind, and ex­per­i­ence what you would like to ex­plore; to find deep­er an­swers for your own life and for your de­cisions in how you want to live in re­la­tion­ships.
