For over 37 years now, we con­duct our yearly In­ter­na­tion­al Sum­mer In­tens­ives mostly in the South of France or in Tuscany, Italy and oc­ca­sion­ally in the USA and South Amer­ica.

Every year par­ti­cipants come from many parts of the world to par­ti­cip­ate in these le­gendary events. Some join sev­er­al years or come back in later years. Besides the joy and deep per­son­al learn­ing, that these Sum­mer In­tens­ives provide, we feel honored by so many re­turn­ing par­ti­cipants.

In a world filled with chal­lenges and dis­trac­tions, it can be easy to lose sight of our true pur­pose and po­ten­tial. However, the key to liv­ing a ful­filling and au­then­t­ic life lies in em­bra­cing the con­cepts of Em­bod­i­ment and Self-Real­iz­a­tion. By cul­tiv­at­ing a deep con­nec­tion with our bod­ies, minds, and spir­its, we can nav­ig­ate the com­plex­it­ies of the world and align ourselves with our unique path.

Em­bod­i­ment is the prac­tice of fully in­hab­it­ing our phys­ic­al bod­ies and being present in the mo­ment. It in­volves tun­ing in to the sen­sa­tions, emo­tions, and wis­dom that arise with­in us. In a fast-paced and tech­no­logy-driv­en so­ci­ety, we often be­come dis­con­nec­ted from our bod­ies. There­fore by con­sciously re­con­nect­ing with ourselves util­iz­ing Core Evolu­tion, CoreSoma and other ap­proaches, we can tap into a pro­found source of guid­ance and self-aware­ness.

Self-Real­iz­a­tion is the jour­ney of dis­cov­er­ing and ex­press­ing our au­then­t­ic selves. It is about un­cov­er­ing our in­nate qual­it­ies, in­ten­tions, and val­ues, and align­ing our ac­tions with our deep­est truths. In a chal­len­ging world that often im­poses so­ci­et­al ex­pect­a­tions and pres­sures, Self-Real­iz­a­tion re­quires cour­age, self-re­flec­tion, and a will­ing­ness to break free from lim­it­ing be­liefs. It in­volves em­bra­cing our unique­ness and em­bra­cing the path that res­on­ates with our Essence.

When we are fully present in our bod­ies, we can ac­cess the wis­dom that resides with­in us. By in­teg­rat­ing our phys­ic­al, emo­tion­al, and spir­itu­al ex­per­i­ences, we be­come more at­tuned to our pur­pose and we live it with the Will of the Heart – cul­tiv­at­ing a deep sense of self-ac­cept­ance and self-love.

By cul­tiv­at­ing a deep con­nec­tion with ourselves and sur­round­ing ourselves with a sup­port­ive com­munity, we can nav­ig­ate the chal­lenges of the world and live a life that is au­then­t­ic, pur­pose­ful, and deeply ful­filling.

We are ex­cited to con­tin­ue our series of Sum­mer Retreats. We cel­eb­rate the 37th year and each year prom­ises a new, unique and en­rich­ing ex­per­i­ence. We em­bark on a trans­form­at­ive jour­ney to­wards a life of ful­fill­ment and self-real­iz­a­tion – per­son­ally and pro­fes­sion­ally.

For this jour­ney we found a fant­ast­ic Re­sort in Tuscany just one hour North of Rome. It can be reached dir­ectly by train from Roma Ter­mini and you can ar­range a com­fort­able pick up from the train sta­tion – in spe­cial cir­cum­stances you can even or­gan­ize a dir­ect pick up from the air­port in Rome. So you do not really need a rent­al car for the time of your stay.

The amen­it­ies at the Re­sort in­clude a great con­fer­ence room, an Olympic size pool, ten­nis court and other fields of sport, great food, spa­cious rooms and cab­ins, bi­cycle rent­als or a 5-minute shuttle to the best small beaches in Tuscany, etc., which all make this place an ideal choice for the re­treat this year.

And in case you would like to come with a part­ner or fam­ily, who does not take part in the re­treat, but would love to join you in Tuscany – you can also come earli­er or stay longer and com­bine the re­treat with more re­ju­ven­at­ing days. The Re­sort of­fers great op­tions and flex­ib­il­ity.

Septem­ber is also a great month to beat the high tour­ist sea­son, while hav­ing mild and warm weath­er – all this for a price that al­lows people to come from all over the world to par­ti­cip­ate.
